1. Data Controller
The data controller for AlorsDance is Alberto Faggionato, acting as a natural person in Italy. Privacy enquiries and data-subject requests can be sent to hello@alorsdance.com.
2. Data we process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process account information (such as name and email), authentication and security information, credit balance and transaction records, images you upload, AI-generation prompts and job metadata, generated videos, payment identifiers and status information received from PayPal, support communications, technical logs, and—only if you consent—first-party usage analytics such as pages viewed, clicks, form submissions without field contents, selected file type/size, referrer, device/browser information, approximate session information and pseudonymised network identifiers.
3. Why we process data and legal bases
We process data necessary to create and manage your account, deliver AI video generation, maintain your credit balance and process purchases because it is necessary to perform the service you request. We process records required by tax, accounting, anti-fraud or other applicable laws to comply with legal obligations. We may process limited security and abuse-prevention logs based on our legitimate interests in protecting the service and users. Optional behavioural analytics is processed only after your consent and can be disabled at any time through “Privacy settings”.
4. Uploaded images and AI-generated content
Uploaded photos are processed to provide the requested AI-generation service. They may contain personal data or biometric-like visual information. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload images of other people. We do not use uploaded images for unrelated advertising or sell them. Files and generation outputs are stored only for the operation of the service and account history, subject to the retention periods described below.
5. Service providers and recipients
Data may be disclosed only as needed to providers that help operate AlorsDance, including hosting and infrastructure providers, PayPal for payments, and AI/video processing providers such as fal.ai and underlying model providers. These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR rules on international transfers apply, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision or other legally recognised safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as appropriate to the provider and processing.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential storage is used for authentication, security, checkout and saving your privacy choice. It is necessary for the service. Optional first-party analytics is disabled by default and starts only after you select “Accept analytics”. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent you from using the service. You can change your choice at any time using the “Privacy settings” control displayed on the site.
8. Retention
Account information is normally retained while your account remains active and for a limited period afterwards where required for legitimate administrative, dispute or legal purposes. Payment and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Detailed consented analytics is designed for a rolling retention period of up to 90 days. Security logs may be retained for a limited period appropriate to security investigations. Uploaded media and generated results may remain available in your account until deleted under our retention procedures or until the account/service relationship ends, subject to legal or dispute-preservation requirements.
9. Your GDPR rights
Where applicable, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
10. Automated processing
The service uses automated AI systems to generate video content from the materials you submit. This is part of the service you request. We do not use the analytics described above to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
11. Children
AlorsDance is not intended for children who cannot lawfully consent to the relevant online service under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal data without the required authorisation, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, HTTPS transport, server-side payment handling and restricted administrative access. No online system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
13. Changes
We may update this notice when the service, providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
Important: this policy is designed as an operational GDPR-oriented privacy notice for the current service configuration. It should be reviewed whenever processors, retention periods, business status or processing activities change.
